Architectural Changes

The deed restrictions for Chadwick Square require that the Architectural Committee and the Board of Directors review all exterior “additions, alterations and modifications. The filing and approval of all applications are essential so that the character of the community will be maintained, the rights of all residents are respected, and that no alteration will create a hazardous condition, interfere with Association maintenance operations, or endanger the integrity of structures.

How to Submit an Exterior Change Application

You may request an exterior change review by submitting the online form. Association governing documents provide for up to a thirty-day (30) day response period, please plan accordingly.

You must submit a Liability Insurance Form with your application for all exterior projects that require architecture committee approval and are done by contractors (except garage door, walkway, or lighting replacement.) The form should be filled out by your contractor’s insurer, see sample.
