Please read the Chadwick Policy on Homeowners Sales - Obligation

When you sell your home, you are required to notify Sentry Management of the closing date and the name and address of your attorney. You must also obtain a written Resale/Refinance statement as to whether:

1) the assessments due have been paid;

2) the amount of such assessments, including interest and costs, if any are due; and

3) any other amounts, fees/ fines or charges are owed to the Association.

Please remember to give your pool fob and any CSPA documents you may have to your buyer.  Also encourage the buyer to review the Association’s governing documents on this website and contact the Welcoming Committee when they receive their Welcome Packet.
