September Note to the Community

Dear Chadwick Square Residents,

It has been a beautiful summer, and I have a lot to write about.

The Annual Homeowners Meeting will be September 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. You are urged to attend in person or attend by Zoom. We will be sending out the agenda and the list of candidates for the CSPA Board separately. There is still one more Board position to fill. It is a great way to meet and chat with your neighbors and your Board.

The pool will stay open after Labor Day for a few days depending on the weather, of course. This is thanks to the volunteers who will continue to do the necessary water testing and adjusting for those few additional days. Read More
