Chadwick Square is a vibrant and welcoming community in a picturesque, park-like setting. Residents enjoy amenities including a sparkling pool, a kiddie pool, pickleball, tennis and basketball. As a homeowner, you become a valued member of the Chadwick Square Park Association. The Association is dedicated to maintaining the community’s exceptional quality by overseeing common areas, facilities, and the exterior appearance of properties, ensuring a harmonious and well-kept environment for all residents to enjoy.
Chadwick Square Tree Management Plan
The common areas of our neighborhood, which belong to you all managed by the Chadwick Square Park Association Board, were planted over 40 years ago. There has been no overall plan for the maintenance, preservation and future of our common areas until now. As a result, we have been reacting to down, dead or diseased trees without a plan to replace. Now, through the substantial contributions of Scott Lewendon, Chadwick resident and professional Landscape Architect and Joe Ryan, chair of the Grounds Committee, we have a plan for plantings of trees and shrubs that the Board can use to guide its investments in the common area grounds each year going forward. October Note to the Community

Dear Neighbors,
There are just a few things to share with you this month as we are full into Fall. We had a successful Annual Meeting. I want to welcome four people as CSPA Board members starting in 2027: David Doyle, Kerry Klinowski, Sam Messina, and Shelly Nortz. They are very capable people and so willing to give back to our community. They will fill the shoes of four wonderful Board members who will leave the Board at the endo of the year: Maggie Evans, Donna Maloney, John Oberlander and Joe Ryan. Thank you all for your amazing contributions as volunteers for Chadwick Square. Our neighborhood has a tremendous appeal and reputation. Our volunteers have made that possible and we will always need more.
Back into the subject of the fall and the beautiful colors of the leaves. Just beautiful! Also, as you know, the Town of Bethlehem comes by starting towards the end of October to snorkel up the leaves that people rake into piles placed along their front yard right along the roadway. Please put all your leaves out there either in these piles or in bags if you choose. For those of you who live with berms in your back yards do not rake your back yard leaves onto the berms because they will not get picked up there. This creates a big mess over time, making our common ground impassable.
