At the meeting ballots will be available for voting (please do not bring a ballot).

Online via Survey Monkey:
Homeowners will receive an email from Survey Monkey on Wednesday October 29. Please check your email and spam folder.

Mail or by Drop Box:
You can download a ballot here.

Your ballot must be returned in an envelope with your name and return address on it.

Mail: Chadwick Square Park Association, PO Box 405, Glenmont, New York 12077 (votes must be postmarked no later than November 1.)

Drop Box: Drop off your enveloped ballot up until Nov 1 at one of these locations:
