Help shape the future of Chadwick Square

Join a terrific team—become a Chadwick Square Board member!

Are you interested in making a positive impact on our community? Would you like to have a say in making Chadwick Square even better?

The Chadwick Square Board is currently looking for homeowners to fill three upcoming vacancies. Board members are elected at the annual homeowners meeting in October and serve 2-year terms starting in January 2026.

What does the board do?

The primary role of the board is to protect and improve Chadwick Square for current and future homeowners. This is accomplished by:

  • Adopting regulations and policies

  • Overseeing maintenance or our common property (including swimming pool and sports courts)

  • Budgeting for the year ahead

  • Voting on annual assessment

  • Approving changes to exterior features of homes

  • Guiding the property management company that helps manage the association

  • Monthly meetings (10 months a year) at the Bethlehem Library (in-person or Zoom). Meetings focus on decision-making and hearing from homeowners. The meetings last about an hour.
