October Board President’s Letter
Dear neighbors,
I hope everyone is enjoying this unseasonably warm weather to begin October. I write this month with several important updates. First, the board conducted a successful neighborhood walkthrough with our Community Association Manager from Sentry Management this past Tuesday, September 30. We made progress on our goal of gaining greater clarity on the expectations for homeowner maintenance letters from Sentry Management. There is one aspect of the community walkthrough that we wanted to highlight for homeowners.
