Dear neighbors,

Please know that around 8:00 am on May 22nd a black bear was seen in our neighborhood near the stop sign at Brightonwood leading out of Chadwick Square.  Please exercise caution, and also be mindful regarding leaving pets outside, and also leaving any food outside (including bird feeders), and of course any trash should be kept securely in trash bins.  Thanks, and I will be sure to notify the community of any updates.
