November Board President’s Letter
Dear neighbors,
Thank you to everyone who participated in our Annual Homeowners Meeting at the end of October. Whether you joined the meeting in-person, on Zoom, or simply contributed to the functioning of our HOA by participating in the voting process—the board is grateful to everyone for your involvement. In a separate attachment I have included the voting results as compiled by our terrific board Secretary, John Oberlander. In summary, the 2026 budget was approved overwhelmingly, with 91 votes approving to 2 disapproving. Likewise, our three new board candidates were all elected with overwhelming approval, receiving 91, 90, and 89 votes respectively. Read More
